About

The work world is not broken because people are flawed. It is broken because systems are designed that way. We help change that.

We are Psychwork.io, founded by Mahshid Soleimani—an Applied Social Psychology practitioner with a Master’s degree and a Ph.D. in progress, both specializing in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Our work addresses the full spectrum of Industrial-Organizational Psychology: How people are hired, managed, supported, developed, included (or not), and why their potential so often gets wasted. We don’t chase trends—we fix the systems that quietly shape everything from burnout to bias.

We do not believe in templated solutions. We work with complexity. We translate behavioural science into clear, adaptive strategies for real workplaces—especially those navigating stress, ambiguity, and system fatigue.

Our team has consulted and collaborated across more than ten countries in sectors including healthcare, nonprofit leadership, higher education, and social innovation. This global scope gives us more than just perspective—it gives us the discipline to ask the right questions before offering answers.

What We Deliver

  • Culture diagnostics that go beyond surveys and uncover structural root causes
  • Workshops that challenge assumptions without patronizing participants
  • Leadership coaching that respects both human limits and institutional demands
  • Research support for organizations that require rigour, not reassurance

Whether working with executives, early-career professionals, or entire teams, we approach every engagement with the same principle: people are not the problem. Poorly designed systems are.

Our Approach

  • Evidence, always—but never empty dry theory
  • Clarity over charisma
  • Systems thinking that remains human
  • And an absolute refusal to pretend that “just communicating more” will fix everything

We do not offer inspiration. We offer alignment, insight, and strategy. The result is not just a better culture—but a more intelligent one.
